All I've been doing is studying up for my Communications speech on John Hunter and going to work. Literally. Nothing else.

And still, my carpal tunnel is flaring up something serious. I can barely write school notes anymore because it's so painful. It's not like I'm on my computer all the time or I'm playing my viola more than usual, but now I can't do most things without my hands turning numb or my wrist just hurting in general. I've lost all range of motion in my right hand, the joint is popping all the time... I even lose feeling in it when I've got my hands on the steering wheel, so driving is becoming difficult. So are there brace type things you are supposed to wear? Is there anything (ibuprofen, etc.) that helps with that?

I didn't keep my braces because ultimately, they just hurt and didn't help with anything.

Medicine does help, but I can't take motrin on a regular basis. It messes my stomach up and I'd rather be in pain than perpetually nauseous. -shrug- I don't have time to see a doctor about it right now, which is what I really should be doing... because it's getting kind of ridiculous. When I have a day off, I'll do something.
